We are a new Korean restaurant in the centre of Bucharest, looking to strengthen our team. We strive to offer a unique Korean BBQ experience and make it accessible to locals. Providing the best quality food, along with friendly inviting service and atmosphere.
Qualifications & Desires:
- Previous retail, restaurant or client facing experience desired
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Has the ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Great at solving puzzles
- High level of attention to detail
- Friendly and confident personality
- Team player is a must
- Flexibility to work on shifts
- Ability represent yourself and company in a professional manner
- Fluent in Romanian(english is desirable)
- With a pleasing personality, well groomed, focused and meticulous, above average work ethics, self-motivated, high maturity level
Job Description:
- Attend to guests upon entrance
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Problem-solving and logic to solve how clients are seated
- Using ordering systems (EPOS), training will be provided
- Ability to learn the menu items to give recommendations to customers
- Cleaning during opening and closing hours if necessary
- Ability to call and communicate effectively with clients
- Assisting with other team members where needed
